Battery Usage

App's Battery Usage can be shown in a sub-menu "Battery" in App info, where it describes the information such as a percentile value of total app usage, a computed power usage and a network connection usage.

Note

The information of App's battery usage will be reset whenever a battery is fully charged so the information shown is the usage since last fully charged.

Also bit different information of a battery usage will be shown in accordance with different manufacturers.

Battery Usage Example

The following shows how App's battery usage is being displayed on Samsung Galaxy S8+ (SM-G9550).

App Info

  • Go to Settings and select Apps
  • Choose an App and it will show a percentile of battery usage since last fully charged

  • Select Battery to get more information

Note

Galaxy s8+ has 3500 mAh battery capacity.

  • Computed power usage (mAh). Considerting the total battery capacity, it can be estimated how much battery has been used since last fully charged.

  • Wi-Fi and mobile data usage
